What is the purpose of Partner Caregivers?
| Partner Caregivers is a division of Jendee Cares LLC. It is a site for individuals that are also caregivers to their partners/spouses. It is primarily for gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender couples but any caregiver is welcome to join as they treat everyone in a respectful manner. |

What is Jendee Cares?
| Jendee Cares LLC is owned and operated by Jen who was a caregiver for her partner, Dee, for 3 years. After Dee passed away in June 2009, Jen wanted to share her experiences and knowledge with other people who are going through the same things that she went through. JenDee Cares allows Jen to do this through Partner Caregivers and allows it to be a free site for members through the Hope Treasury retail division. |

Why do I need to enter my personal information to become a member?
| Partner Caregivers/Jendee Cares is committed to offering a safe website for caregivers who are seeking help from other caregivers. We collect personal information to try to weed out the companies that try to sign up for advertising purposes. We also want to ensure that everyone only has one account. Also this site is only for people 18 and older. |

Do you sell my information?
| No. Partner Caregivers is a division of Jendee Cares LLC so your emails will come from Jendee Cares. Your information will stay within Jendee Cares LLC and will not be sold to a third party. |

What is the purpose of the chat versus the forum?
| The chat is for members to seek guidance from other members who are currently online. The forum is for members to post questions that can be answered at another time. Members can also answer any forum questions, even if the posting member isn’t online at that moment. The administrator will often post questions in the forum that came up during the chat, if they aren’t already in the forum, so that other members can benefit from the question and answers. |

Are the ads verified by Partner Caregivers/Jendee Cares?
| At this time some ads on the site will not be verified by Jendee Cares. Hopefully in the near future ads will be sold for specific companies that support gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender couples and/or medical issues that people face. |

What is Hope Treasury?
| Hope Treasury is the retail division of Jendee Cares. The purpose of the website is to support the operation and running of Partner Caregivers. |

What is the Partner Caregivers newsletter?
| The Partner Caregivers newsletter will feature the most popular question of the week with some of its answers. Each week there will be a different caregiving or health care topic that is important to caregivers and their partners/spouses. In addition the newsletter will share a personal experience from a caregiver (members will be given the opportunity to feature a story from their own experience). Also it will showcase items that are being sold in Hope Treasury. The future plans for the newsletter include offering an Ask a Nurse section. |

Do I have to get the newsletter?
| No. The newsletter is meant to be another support tool for caregivers. Each week you will be given the option to opt out of the newsletter. |
